Great for daytime exploration, though pack light!
Breakfast was good to help set up the day, location was right by dotonbori, room was clean and fairly comfy
The small walkway to get to the elevators was non ideal, and at night the street can get quite dark, you have to walk through dotonbori to get to it so it can get quite busy as well

Simple and convenient.
Free bread and drink for breakfast daily was superb.
The walk to train station is nearly 10 minutes, so I consider as slightly far. They only issue 1 room card so my friend and I can't split ways.

Perfect for short stay, everything nearby and excellent deal for the price.
The location is super / 100 meters from dotonbori street but still very silent at night. Luup bikes and escooters available downstairs, and a smoking area. umbrellas available for guests; views to the river are cool and the staff is very kind and available. The coffee machine at the reception and the pijamas are a plus.
The door lockers work 1 out of 5 times, you have to beg them to enter. The linen are synthetic, meaning you sweat a lot at night if you are used to linen or cotton. The doors of the rooms are zero percent insulated you can hear people arriving and leaving. Also the walls are not properly sound proof. the breakfast was plastic packed, not very flavoury products (dry pastry) and below the bed it was not clean (lot of dust)
